I was supposed to go to Buffalo to see my friend's band play today. Their lead singer had some sort of ego trip/breakdown so the band broke up today. It completely sucks for my friend. She has been juggling work, grad school and band practice the last 8 months or so and all of a sudden it's over. They had some shows lined up in Pittsburgh and NYC that they have to cancel. The only good thing is that I don't have to drive to Buffalo. I've been driving all over the place lately and I need another day to chill out before a long day of work on Monday.

Oh that sucks. I know just how she feels. My band quite on me in the middle of recording our first album. Tell her I send her my sympathys.

On another note: I hate to drive too. I do it too much because none of my friends can drive and the ones that do don't have cars. I guess this makes me useful.
