When I used to work at the newspaper, I didn't go in until 4 PM on Fridays. As a result my weekends always started on Thursday night. Although with my odd schedule at the paper - starting later in the day plus working nights, you could argue that my weekends never really stopped. Whatever. I still have the notion that Thursday night means going out time, even though I still have to be at work at 8 AM tomorrow. Now that I teach classes on Monday - Thursday night, it still feels like the weekend starts on Thursday. I have no idea why I'm writing about this other than it feels like the weekend right now, but it so isn't.

Next week is gonna be awesome: FredFest, No Age, more FredFest, Caribou. I hope I survive.
