So it's 2008 now. It doesn't feel like much has changed. I'm slowly getting stuff ready to teach drawing at the college in a few weeks, plus working the day job. I've had a bunch of days off from everything and it has been nice. I've got to figure out what I want to do for the faculty show in March. Painting isn't going well, but I've got a lot of good photos that I might want to use. I need to buy a new printer, if I want to go that route. I've also managed to go out a few too many days in a row and I'm glad my favorite bar was closed after New Years for the remainder of the week.

I'm looking forward to a bunch of upcoming shows: Six Organs Of Admittance, No Age, Liars, Russian Circles and Explosions In The Sky. Most of them are on weekends, which is great.

I've also been watching a lot of college football.
