I'm back from London. Everything was fine, even with the terrorist round up. That happened the day before I went home and the airports were running the next day. I flew out of Gatwick, London's unloved airport, and was back in the USA only a couple of hours later than scheduled. It was a very smooth flight. I got a hotel in Detroit and flew back to Buffalo the next morning. For as bad as things could have been, it was like every other time I've flown: a lot of standing around the airport and a lot of sitting on a plane.

The trip itself was pretty good. I got see my friends that I never see. I saw a lot more of London than the first time I went there. I've probablt seen most of what there is to see that I would want to see. I checked out a bunch of museums and pubs, along with the standard sights. I even got the hang of the Tube. I also got to skateboard at this park from the 1970s. It was an old snake run/bowl/humps that was really neat. It was pretty close to where I was staying, too. Back to work tomorrow. I'm scared because I'm not sure how much stuff I will have to clean up. But I'll worry about that later.
