I've been busy. I wish I could say that I've been outside or doing fun summer stuff, but I've been stuck at work too much. Darned advertising photo requests. The boss says I can put down extra hours on my time sheet this week, which is cool because I've got a trip to the UK to pay for. I finally got caught up and can chill out tonight. I get to sleep in tomorrow, too. I have a feeling it is going to be busy a Friday night at work for some reason.

I did get to see Yo La Tengo play along to Jean Painleve's undersea films on Tuesday night. It was pretty cool - a lot of the vintage Yo La tengo sound. The show was at Shea's in Buffalo. I had never been there before. The place is a very elegant and grand theater. It makes me wonder how it ended up in Buffalo.

I tried to skateboard tonight, but my truck broke, They were old and I got a new board to set up, so it is no big deal. It sucked because I was just starting to get warmed up and into the idea of skating for the night and then it was over.
