Growing was pretty damn cool. Two guys with guitars and a bunch of effects pedals. Guitar ambience is awesome. Thrones was the closer. I didn't realize until after the show that Joe Preston was in this band called C Average or else I would have talked to him at the merch table instead of only buying a CD. I should post a picture of him sometime soon. I still owe you a picture of Neptune from a month ago. Like anyone reads this. If you do, message me and I'll email a photo to you.

With the Memorial Day holiday, it was week's worth of work smushed into three days. That's how the newspaper biz is. At least I get the weekend off. The funny thing about my job is that the kids at the skatepark know me as the guy from the paper and the kids at the schools know me as the guy from the skatepark. I guess it gives me some credibility. 19 years of skateboarding is finally paying off.
