Been doing a lot of exercise this week, been going for long bike rides from one end of newcastle to the other everyday apart from today. i can see the difference already, im going to have to make this a permanent regular thing!! smile

Hey buddy smile see bad things happen when you go to the gym. Somehow the pain seems to pay off in the end though. I should start going, but I say that all the time. Really I think I would go if someone else was going to go with me, but all my friends are even more fat than I am and I dont see that happening anytime soon smile
