Glad to see your back online and that you are enjoying your worklife, something that you wont see verbalized by chronic complainers like me any time soon .
About details though, 9.5 hours a day, does this mean your on a salary?
Or is this some minimum amount that you are guaranteed by showing up(and from the sounds of how much buisiness you are doing are more then guarantreed those hours!)?
ummmm now not to burden you with economic theory, you say profit sharing I dont know what you specifically mean because technically as being in retail your very wage is a profit share of what the capitalist decides give you for distributing his product (not to mention using the salary format to make sure your labour time does consume all the profits) , the commision is the incentive to increase volumes of sales.
So I guess I am asking is their anything specific attached to this profit sharing that might modulate how much money you receive form it (like it being actually shares in a company, thus on the stock market as well).
