I am waiting for a Surgeon to call me to set up an appointment for my Inguinal Hernia Operation. I should get the call in the next 2 weeks. From there, a consultation should lead to a date for the (hopefully) minimally invasive day surgery. That style of Hernia operation is local anesthetic only, two small incisions about an inch wide each with a relatively quick heal/back to work time frame...
I don't want to miss too much work with the busy season coming up. A full month's lost wages could add up to $5,000 with the Back to School / X-mas / New Windows Vista sales seasons starting up right now until next summer!
As a guess, I won't be scheduled for surgery until November/December; right in the heart of the X-mas Sales Rush!
On the bright side, my (annual checkup) blood work was excellent! My Cholesterol Ratio is 3.4!
P.S. Why does the new look and feel interface on my own SG Page have to tell me "I'm Online"?
