Took a full week to get over that flu/cold that is going around, which sucked! I hate feeling weak, or sick... 
Off tonight to a Poker "Home Game", I expect to do well against avwerage players. Playing for hours to take someone's Lunch Money is much different than playing at the Head Table at my favorite Casino.

Where one bedroom places for 1500 in basements in bad neighbourhoods are a common occurence.
Bachelors under a grand are super sketch.
In Calgary I was living in a BEAUTIFUL two bedroom with huge kitchen, an even bigger living room and a bathroom that had just been renovated with great tile. It was 900 all inclusive.
Toronto pretty much sucks. I keep saying it, but no one believes me.

Yep, I have an Inguinal Hernia. I am very lucky that I have no major pain or mobility problems so far.
I am booked for an Ultrasound and matching Blood Work this Wednesday, then I get the results back, and probably book Surgery on the 4th. (Not the fourth after all, see below...)

Working out is more "fun" than I expected! The Lactic Acid soreness barely hits me anymore, even though I am working each bodypart using two different exercises, each with two sets to failure. Even better, I am already seeing results all over, and my poundage increases almost every time in the Gym.

I do not work out as the job I have is already physically demanding as it is, though their are crazy people at my work who do go to the gym and then come to work..... Though I would probably never join a gym even if my job was not very physically demanding, I would figure out a way to get better excersize.
I dont think I am going to go to the stampede this year, not unless someones gonne ask me to go (which looks highly unlikely) as I had to work as a janitor year round for almost 3 years at that place and I do not have very fond memories of the stampede as it was the worst time of year for that type of work...........

Day Two at the Gym later on tonight. Today is the third day since I went the first time, and every morning since, different body parts have HURT and reduced their mobility. I guess nothing good comes easy...
