Yesterday I got matched with a NEADS puppy! I am so excited! I can't wait to meet her next Friday! I love dogs! I can't wait to start training!
Today I decided that I am going to start training for Run to Homebase! It's a 9k road race that supports troops from Iraq and Afghanistan that have been left with combat stress and or traumatic brain injuries. It's for research they're doing at Mass Gen... It's an awesome event and it ends with crossing home plate at Fenway! One of my dreams is to walk on the actual field, not just around it, so bonus!!!!!! I need to raise $1000 in order to run it, so I will be that person who annoyingly asks everyone and their mother for money over the next 5 months!!!
