Well, I close on my first house on Aug 25! I'm excited and scared. I will be paying the same as rent which is awesome. It's a 3 br 2.5 ba townhome that was just built in 2006. All of the trim/ molding/ doors are done in espresso color. It is going to be awful to move in the heat though. I think we will get going around 6am!
