I went to roller derby on Saturday night. It was awesome even though the Birmingham team got their asses handed to them. Those girls are brutal! One landed face first and busted her nose on the concrete floor. 
I used to skate all the time but was never that good. We went to the after party at a local bar but the band Velcro Pigmies was there and wasn't very good. They're pretty much an 80's cover band which is fine if you are any good. The lead singer was talking more than singing. The drinks were good though

Yeah, I saw that it was Harrison. Guy was prick, so fuck'em. It's all blown out of proportion bullshit, but at the same time I never liked him.
Yeah, Smokin' Aces 2 was just no good. They shouldn't have bothered with a sequel.
Roller Derby is some brutal shit. I need to check it out some time. I hate shitty bands/shitty band performances.
