i just wiped out!
riding home on my bicycle and trying to ride with one hand (im new to this) and my bike swerved out from under me, i tried to save it, but i came crashing down, bike on top of me, hit my head hard on the tarmac and lay there stunned for a second before i stumbled up incase a car drove over me (it was on a blind bend)
i limped home and my head and thigh are pounding and dettol/savlon BURNS like hell!
there are bits of tar stuck in my elbow...
somehow, my shades didnt break even tho they went flying across the road after my head bounced off the tarmac, im surprised i dont have any grazes on my face.
ouch.
