About the job question, I had simmiliar questions and desires a few years ago, I called it a mid-life crisis b/c after all who lives to be 100, so 30 or so is mid-life. I learned that I could change a few things and accomplish many things, but that really helped was taking time every once and awhile to do little things I really enjoy.
