I love watching "Planet Earth". Coolest show ever. Check it out on the Discovery Channel.

So I've been looking for a diet to try because I want to drop a few pounds before "bathing suit season" and before doing a set. This one looks like the diet for me: http://www.tapewormdiet.net/

I watch Discovery Channel, Animal Planet and National Geographic Channel a lot. Many interesting shows and stuff to learn. smile

Oh yes. I remember when Jim was on the tapeworm diet. Wow did he look like a supermodel. Skeleton and all. Of course, he got the tapeworm in Costa Rica so his was probably a little more expensive. Maybe the costarican ones work better? Oh oh, and you know what really works (unless you don't like circles under your eyes) METH!!!
