Yesterday had to be one of the best days of my life. I have the craziest story about the Chili Cook-Off and meeting some of the members of Hollywood Undead.
It all started when Lindsey and I were just hanging out in the lawn area listening to the opening bands. We were just fooling around and talking about Hollywood Undead when two guys walked in front of us. One of them had a "sailor" hat on and a button down white shirt and the other had sunglasses and a Hollywood Undead shirt on. I was like, "that guy in the hat looks like Johnny 3 Tears..." and we noticed he had the same tattoos as Johnny 3 Tears... so then we realized that 2 of the HU members just walked past us. So we didn't really think anything of it and kept walking to the bathrooms.
As we left the bathrooms Johnny 3 Tears and Da Curls (we figured out who it was with J3T) walked by us again and this time Lindsey tripped me and I almost fell into J3T. We let them walk away and then these two girls and 2 guys who must have been like 14 came up to me and said they loved my shirt. (a HU shirt that I cut up and designed myself) We told them that we just saw Da Curls and J3T and they flipped out and tried to find them. Lindsey and I walked away.
Soi we went to the chili tents to try some chili and AGAIN we saw J3T and Da Curls hanging out in the middle of the concession stands with Funny Man, their manager and their drummer Biscut. No one was approaching them because they were all mask-less and no one recognized them. I wanted to say hi because that had been the 3rd time we saw them walking around and I felt it was fate. Before we could go over... those same 14 year olds ran past us and screamed bloody murder. They fell into J3T and didn't even know who the other guys were, jumping up and down and acting crazy. Thats when I felt I needed to go over.
We went over and I said, "Hey George (J3T's real name) I'm sorry. I told them we saw you guys walking around." He laughed and said it was cool. We all kinda talked and Dylan (Funny Man's real name) asked me if they should play "Pimpin'" or "No Other Place" when they were up and I told him "No Other Place." Then I asked him to sign my bright green bra and the others were walking away and he was like "GEORGE WHERE ARE YOU GOING?! WE'RE SIGNING TITTIES!!!" and then Biscut and J3T came back and sign my bra. Here's a photo of my signed bra:

Then we made our way up to the railing in the front of the pit and waited for them to go on. Micky James, one of my favorite WWE Divas who is from Richmond, was there to introduce HU before they went on. They came on stage and it was awesome. Then "No Other Place" came on and Dylan saw me and Lindsey at the front and winked and nodded in our direction and then gave me a towel during that song. Glad to know he remembered us. J. Dog came down to the crowd and his dick was straight up in Lindsey's face and he held my hand while he sang. Then after the show we got a set list. The setlist and the towel are going to be framed with a HU poster in our living room when we move
It's so awesome!
And that was my amazing adventure yesterday. So awesome, great start to my summer festival spree happening this year. Can't wait for the next one!
