you dont need any special type of visa to enter to u.s, when you first arrive you will have your passport stamped with a three month visa waiver. this allows you to stay for exactly 90 days, if, for some reason you stay over the time allowed; you will most probably be banned entering the u.s for at least ten years. the only people that need to apply for a visa to enter the states are people from the middle east, asia, union block countries, or people that intend on staying over the three month limit. when you get to ins inspector at the airport they will ask you what you intend to do while in the u.s, for your situation just say its business and you will be out within six weeks. they generally ask some arkward questions but dont get worried, thats just they're job. im sure you will be fine. as for the internet server, im not too sure about that, sorry.
good luck

edited to say : my father lives in lou traki, its about an hour from athens. i have been to greece many times. i absoluetly love it ! the beer is sooo cheap. greek boys from the villiage give me the creeps though :/ too many old fashioned values for my liking.
This was my third time on Crete and I've been on Greece mainland once in and around Thessaloniki. Unfortunately it was never for holidays, but always for work...
