My mother spent this weekend at home and, for the first time since x-mas, was not hospitalized again after 2 days because of great pain. She entered rehab on monday and will stay there for three weeks. I consider this good news.
I bought some Doc Martins on ebay and they were sent with ups. The parcel was delivered on monday, but to someone 500 miles away. I called UPS and was told, that a neighbor might have the parcel, if I wasn't at home. I had to tell them three times, that 500 miles is no neighbor...
Actually someone called and changed the delivery address. Nice, you can just call and change the delivery address of someone else's parcel.
I wonder if I ever get my Doc's
Another thing I got off ebay: An Apple iSight. It arrived today! Unfortunately I didn't intent to buy it... they usually sell for 120 or more and I bid 99 and got it for even less. I wanted an iSight, but not now. I might use it for iChat and Delicious Library.
