It's N.P.D. ! (New Post Day)
In celebration of N.P.D. I decided to compose a new journal. Are you excited? I thought you were!
So here's what I've been working on...
1. New Car I love it. I don't have an ounce of buyer's remorse. This car rules so much, I can't wait to drive it over your face.
2. The Friends I'm finally admitting to myself that I don't have as many quality friends, here in Las Vegas, as I would like. Being a performer gives you LOTS of opportunities to meet LOTS of people, and you know what? They are lame. I'd like to have a conversation for once, and not be 'networking'. Hey buddy, I'm confident in my talent. I don't need to be trying to get a job everytime I open my mouth. And no, just because I know him and her, doesn't mean I'm going to 'hook you up'. I'm not 'pitching' anything to my friends. That's not why they are in my life.
3. The Girl Met a new girl. I think I like her. I really want to talk to her. What's the hold up? Hmm... let me think. Maybe it's the wall that's three-nerds-deep between her and I! Everytime I see her at an event, I try to talk to her, but get held up by these grinning idiots who want to talk to me. Saddness.
4. The Job I'm frustrated here. People within the company, including my director, all say I'm going to go to SNL. So my question is, "WHEN?!" Unlike most people, I like momentum in my life. I like to move forward. Help me, help you.
Sorry it's not all rainbows and sunshine. I'm just in that mood lately. I'll get better. I swear.
On a lighter note... my cat will NOT stop flushing the damn toilet!
And... I'm really happy for two friends of mine. One of which, is my best friend.
