I had the most amazing night.
I really dig the band so I guess that would help the whole experience but seriously, these guys know how to rock! They are a fantastic live band, not just reproducing album content but taking things to another level. And they did something that I always love in a good live set, they played plenty of back catalogue and not just singles either, plenty of stuff from the albums that I LOVE. I would have to say it was right up there for my number one live performance! Big call, but I'm a brave man.

I'm actually having a problem with being too employable, go figure?
An old boss started a new business and rang me up and asked if I could help out for a while, I said I'd do a couple of days a week, worked on friday had fun. Then friday night, got a call from my boss at uni with a request from another University for me to run some Tutorials at another University out west...I'm not sure what I'll do cause it's a bit of a travel but a good opportunity, and if I take it I'll only be able to help my old boss 1 day a week instead of 2. hmmmm....

and yes, there is something strangely alluring about the smell of cooking mushrooms. they kind of smell like sweaty socks but... sweaty socks i want to eat. its a weird relationship i have with mushrooms
