So it's only been 4 days since my surgery. Feels like alot longer. Right now I'm measuring days in spaces between pain pills. My scrap book keeps growing and growing. I've also been very busy making some new pen pal freinds.

You guys should see the crazy contraption they give you now so you can shower with a cast on. It's this huge rubber like bag with this ring at the top. You put your foot in the ring and it makes this airtight seal aroiund your leg. It really does work.

The kids (esspecially Joy) are taking full advantage of the fact that mommy can't get around very fast. Hopefully this is something that will die down after awhile. Tyson has lost 2 teeth in the last 2 days. The 2 front ones. He looks so cute! I'll have to get a picture and post it! Joy's favorite thing to say right now is "look out for the owie foot!!"

I so wish I could get outside and take care of my gardens. They've all started blooming. I should be cuting them and watering. But there's no way I could get out there and safely get around to all my flowers. Our yard is on a great big hill.

Hopefully Jay doesn't get sick of taking care of me. I need so many things to get comfy and I feel like I'm ordering him around. I did manage to get out yesterday and get him a fathers day present and a card. I gushed about what a good daddy he's being to the kids and me. There's no way I could do this whole thing without him.

I'm sorry to be such a downer you guys. I'm pretty frustruasted right now. I need breakfast.
