Ok so for those of you who don't know me that well I'm prolly one of the most over protective parents around. Up untill now I haven't let my kids get a slip n slide. I'll tell you why. One of my nurse friends sons fell on a slip n slide when he was 3 and broke his leg. He had to be in traction for 8 weeks. This was several years ago.
Well this week has been pretty hot and I finally broke down and bought a slip n slide.
You would have thought we brought something in from another planet. They had no idea what to do.

After that Joy was all tired out and needed a snuggle!

Your kids are gorgeous! I remember those slip and slides. They were so painful! We would dive head onto those things and bang ourselves into the ground. I think I got more bruises doing that then falling off my bike.
But boy it was fun!
