Wow! Double standarino! I keep reading SG journals that talk about how if you never comment/respond to their journals and otherwise "talk" with them you can't be their friends.
I understand friendship isn't to be given out like so much free taste samples and that most if not all active SG's are extremely popular making the concept of anwsering all comments they get absurd but then again some are hypocrites.
I have commented on several journals, a fair amount on the first page or so, and sets being reasonablely creative and detailed in my prose, cracking jokes, mentioning specific pics, how beautiful the hair, outfit is etc. in contrast to the unimaginative majority who lazily go "hot" or "yum" or the omnipresent "
." And yet nothing in return, even from the two girls who have accepted my friendship.
It's like my name was taken out of pity or to bolster their popularity with complete absence of fore thought. To these girls that say if you don't talk to me you can't be my friend, I say back, if you are not going to talk to me don't accept my request for freindship maybe then you wouldn't need to clean out your friends list if you were more selective.
If your on this site to do nothing more then hear how pretty you are or have your psyche otherwise massaged without reciprocity then you are no better then the type of girls this website claims not to represent.
if you reads this, please do not think me an ass, every now and then I grow weary of sending forth my words into oblivion. My social skills are fledgling at best so I hope the right SGs that read this take this as a cry for help and offer up some advice I can use to improve.
