Frickin', frackin' @#% economy! Had a company meeting today and:
"There will be no more contributions to your 401k, your other benefits will be taking a small cut that shouldn't be too bad (oh, okay), hiring freeze on any permanent positions and temps (awesome! so as the crap piles up I should forget about hoping for a life preserver to be tossed my way), and there will be a paycut (since we haven't gotten any raises in three years I am back to making what I did 5 years ago so, I can afford to live in the San Francisco bay area even less now, WHEEEE!)
I still have a job so it could be much, much worse but still,

Thanks for the tips. I thought about getting a protein formula as my intack is terrible. But I shall give it a go and see if I can make a difference, as just 'woroking' out at the gym for the past year has done nothing to my body x
