I've been thinking about the punching bag idea. My first thought writing that journal entry was about a game I played at Dave and Busters once that was a boxing game, but you actually had to move as if you were boxing (think Dance Dance Revolution for boxing) and DAMN playing that game felt good. Got out a lot of agression!
