Sometimes it's the little things that can bring you so much joy like the fact that the inside of your thighs no longer rub together when you walk. I use to weigh 205 and now, after cutting out all fast food and way down on my beer consumption, I tip the scales at 176! I want to get down to at least 165, preferablely 160 and I need to get back into the gym so that I can add a little more tone but, right now, I'm enjoying the fact that I don't feel all squishy and hot, sunny weather and I are getting along a lot better then we used to. Baby steps and little things...
