I was havin' a bad day and my job wasn't helping yesterday. I gotta leave that place behind. The benefits are nice, the pay ain't so competitive though. The people I work with are alright however, most of the cool ones are no longer with the company. I need a change of scenery, I need to mosey, or as Jacko said in the WIZ, I need to "ease on down the road."
Anyhoo, that aside I hate leaving negative shit on my journal page, I mean, I do need to vent now and then but, I always feel like a whiner aftrwards, ya know? Who wants to read that? Sometimes things don't go your way and the sooner you let it go the sooner you can move on. It's just a job, it ain't my life, right? Hmm..now where be them thar classy-fied section.

This is kind of cool, though-- do the handstand pushups (even if you don't get off the ground) for a month and then go try some pullups. It's pretty amazing how many more pullups you can do. I'm not exactly sure why working the pushing muscles helps the pulling muscles, but it totally does.
Biomechanically, any exercise you do that moves your center of gravity through space (pullups, pushups, squats) gets your nervous system more involved and produces better results.
