TAMPA - A parking lot is not the best place to feel amorous, a man and woman learned early Tuesday.

Tampa police Officer Stephen Hiles was on patrol about 2:30 a.m. when he passed Peabodys Billiards, 15333 Amberly Drive, and saw a man and woman having sex against a car as several people watched, arrest affidavits state.

Hiles charged Amber Nicole Mumma, 19, of Lutz, and Marcelo Gonzalez, 23, of Tampa, with misdemeanor lewd and lascivious behavior. Gonzalez also is charged with misdemeanor exposure of sexual organs and resisting arrest without violence. Mumma also is charged with giving a police officer a false name.

Records state that both work at a Moes Southwest Grill in Tampa. They were being held at Orient Road Jail on Tuesday. Mummas bail was $750, and Gonzalezs bail was $1,250.
