Whats up all you sucka mc's!
I had a health check today, I don't normally like doing them because it feels like death has his hand on my shoulder the entire time, also my family has some messed up medical history like heart disease and diabetes. I also figure when God wants me, he will take me with gusto. Alas, I need to get a diabetes screen test and a cholesterol check.... I hate going to the doctors...
Now abouts 2 years ago, I had gotten out of the shower and I looked at my self and the mirror and I was like damn, its time to change....
The next couple of photos are disgusting not in the sense that I was a fattie but more along the lines of what I was wearing... I keep this photo close in my mind to remind my self that I am never going back there....

Thats 150kgs or 330lbs or 23 stone for everyone... Look at me though the glasses, the shorts... I have to get this deleted out of existence. But a friend wants to keep it so she can always tell her friends I used to look like this.

This is me at 115Kgs or 253lbs or 18 stone. Believe it or not a chick actually broke up with me at this point, as I had lost so much weight. She said it was because I was no longer her "cuddly bear" I was like, I still give awesome hugs though!
This is met at a fresh 120kgs or 264lbs or 18 stone
I'm still going hard but I need to start bringing my A game, ad start planning out my meals and exercising more than once a day.. So after getting the news that I need to get test's done, I bought a 38kg Kettlebell and on my lunch hour, I'm going to get into my rocky grey's and skip and do kettle bell work outs...

I also enrolled in a boxing class as well... I got low cut chucks for said class...
Then on alternating days it will be weights, then cardio the other days....
I also went through and got a diet sorted... no carbs after 2:30! Im glad as eating poached eggs with out bread is pretty stink.. It will consist of a lot of greens and chicken breast's and some of that good fat! Sadly no more energy drinks for me... *tear* I live off those things.. its pretty much water from here on out... I don't even drink coffee or tea... so when some one ask's me to go out for coffee. Its more like ok Ill go out for a water.
All in all I have come along way, I just got to knuckle down and hammer it out... So I can knock out Apollo....
