The heat in New Zealand is horrendous, when I talk to Americans, Canadians.. they always get surprised how New Zealand has a summer Christmas and freak out saying its not natural... its good fun though...
I need to find a new shirt and perhaps some kicks for my corporate Christmas party this year.. Should be good. I have every intention of getting legless, and passing out some where.
I'm currently listening to Derezzed by Daft Punk.. its on repeat.. Tron 2 comes out this week in NZ looking forward to it.. I wasn't even born when the original Tron came out. Has anyone seen the new Thor trailer? I'm looking forward to that more than I'm looking forward to the Green Lantern movie. I love Green Lantern but I'm just not feeling it, I will see the movie at the cinema, but you can color me a skeptic at the moment.
I picked up Inception and Scott Pilgrim Vs the World on Blu Ray today, gutted I couldn't get the totem edition of Inception as that edition didnt make it to my shores. I haven't even had a chance to watch them as I've lent my PS3 to my friend.
I have been looking for places to live, these past couple of months. I find a sweet place around the corner from my brother(want to be close because of my nephew and niece who is due in 2 months, I get shown the room and a chick living there is like I know you, whats your last name? for the purpose of this blog I told her Goodcat. She was like I know your dad. I dont really have a good relationship with my father so suffice it to say, it looks like I'm looking for another place to live. I need to do it soon though as my brother is having his baby soon.
Its new comic book week for me this week I cant wait, I've been caught slippin when it comes to picking up comics. I cant wait!
I have a date on Thursday night... I'm kinda scared, because I haven't done this in a while, been single for like 4 years from memory. She seems like a nice girl, a bit stuck up with expectations, I don't think are going to be met with me. I'm not saying I'm a bad person, just different. I'm not going to lie but I'm about as immature as they come and from what I've heard thats a turn off. No biggie though, I'm sure some one is out there for me, who is equally immature and loves to drink and play video games and watch copious amounts of TV. I'm pretty content with the journey ahead.. it will be fun..
Its hard finding a chick that plays video games (in New Zealand), they get treated so much better than the girl that doesn't, because the guy knows she's like one in a million. And that there is like 50 other guys willing to prove they're better than the average bear..
Thats enough of my stupid rant, I noticed Bob doesn't like Misfits so I might send her a message advising her to check out the Inbetweeners. Good show! Too bad UK TV series only have like 6 episodes a season...
I'm going to go have a smoke, and try and get some rest in this whorish heat...
