Welcome to the first day of the next six months of my life. I didn't have to work today. I won't have to work tomorrow, or the next day, or the next day. Viva la freedom.

You remember the discussion about super powers. You wanted giant leathery bat wings etc. I've given it much thought. My super power would be incredibly good luck. Un-ebbing incredibley good luck. I would win every time I played the lottery, anyone I met would be wonderful and we would enjoy each others company immensly, I could drive a car until the tank ran dry- and as soon as I started to hitch a ride someone would show up with a tank of gas for free. That kind of thing beats any other super power ever.
