Have you ever had a panic attack?
This is a mental illness that can ruin your life.
If i wrote this it's because I juste got one and it's really hard to live it alone.
I know what I'am talking about cause for the past 10 years I've suffered and still often suffering of it but i never put my life aside because of it. There's a couple of things you can do if you feel you're going to have one.
My doc put me on meds 9 years ago and still having panic attack. The first time you have one, you think you're gonna die. You feel so sick like you think you're going crazy and your heartbeat's so fast. You don't know what's happening to you. Stroke? Heart failure? losing control? etc...
I want the world to know because it's kind of a taboo thing you know. And it's important to know that you're not alone with it. Many people...more than you can't imagine have it but people do not talk about it because they think it's crazy and not serious.
