In 7 years he hasn't been to either of those places and he has managed to derail any semblance of stability that area enjoyed under his predecessor from thousands of kilometers away!!.

Meanwhile his home country is despised by the great majority of people all over the world.

I think that the citizens of the U.S. would be better served if they hired a lab monkey with a magic 8 ball to be their president.
There would probably be less excrement thrown at visitors on white-house tours.
