hmmm.
i think i figured out the "17" fixation. i wasa thinking, very cautiously, back a year and realized that due to the time frame of my employment and new year and the like, i believe january 17 was indeed dumping day. so it hasn't been quite a year yet. but damn close enough.
anyway, i'm hoping to get to hang out with emily tonight before she has to go back to iowa city. but knowing my luck with the ladies, i will be playing video games all night instead and trying not to have an axiety attack over it.
