If I wasn't handle, would anyone else be handle? Would my Screen name bare an entirely different connotation? Would someone else fill my nitch, or would my nitch just be spackled over out of lack of necessity?
Tonight I play at a redneck dive bar. The show was listed in a local newspaper as "Live Rock Music". I think I'm gonna get lynched.
Show Update: We got kicked off stage after 3 and a half songs and I almost got in a fight with the club owner. I told him he was a mindless tool with no taste and he threatened to kick my ass. As I pulled out of the parking lot with all of our gear, I saw a barrage of cops show up to the venue. Good timing on my part. Needless to say we didn't get paid. ::To the logistically challenged club owner:: What the fuck were you thinking booking a locally infamous noise-rock band and then complaining that we were loud and abrasive. The fucker told me I should sound like Creed. I should have explained to him that's not the best thing to say to a man with a large wooden and metal object in his hands.

Have you ever heard that one Flipper song "Ha Ha Ha?" It's playing right now....I have no reason for mentioning that, except that it made reading your journal entry all the more amusing....ah, well, fuck 'em!
