About a month, or probably longer ago, I left a half consumed cup of coffee on my dresser. Being a paper cup, it soon started to deteriorate away from my watchful eye, as it had accumulated a grave of clutter. One morning a couple weeks ago, I awoke early, probably because of a horrible nights worth of drunken sleep. I was awake far before the time I had expected to be, so what else was there to do but clean? I commenced by removing superfluous bits of paper (flyers, receipts etc.) only to discover fresh new growth, much like a lush forest at the foot of grand protruding mountain. The glue bonding the seam of the paper cup at eroded, and the coffee that had slowly seeped from the cup had given birth to new fluffy green life. It was almost beautiful. As I stare at it now, I am conflicted by weather I should clean or worship it.
*3 days later*
I just cleaned my room and the cup is finally gone. I amost feel an absense of a presence, like a roommate moved out or something. It was so brimming with life.

Rest in Peace, ye olde coffee. You shall ever be missed and hold a special place in our hearts.
