Well, not too much new to report. This past weekend was hectic as fuck. All of us had our first projects to do, plus a lot of us were acting in each other's projects, so it was a busy fucking weekend. Our first project was a still photography project, and our second one is going to be a video project. I guess they figure that still photography and video combined is a decent substitution for shooting motion picture films. I guess it kinda is. The NYU film kids who came in before us got to shoot on 35mm film, but really, all NYU film program is is paying more (for tuition AND film budgets) to get the same education as other film schools, when you SHOULD be pouring that money into making a film or something when you graduate.

I'm really getting into the Euro Cup Soccer, here. I've always hated sports, but this is fun. Especially now that the Czechs are in the semi-finals and pretty certain to beat Greece (let's just hope they don't get over confident, though *crosses fingers*). I guess I just like the whole atmosphere around soccer. It's so...European, I guess is the best way to phrase it.

Sorry there's not more to say. I'm looking forward to the big film festival this weekend, even if all the cool films are playing AFTER we leave. Oh well, it'll still be cool, and maybe we'll find some gems we've never heard of.
