So I leave for my trip to Prague on Thursday. 6 PM Thursday (Eastern time) 'll be on a plane towards Germany, then change planes in Munich, and fly to Prague, Czech Republic to study film for a month.
It's looking really exciting. I really am looking forward to the whole trip, but it's scary too. A whole month in a strange place where I don't speak the language. I'm really worried about getting stuck in the airport without anyone being able to understand anything I say.
At the same time, I'm looking forward to a month of experiencing a completely different culture. I know I'm gonna learn a lot here, and I can't wait to get there. I'm also really excited about being in a country where I'll be of legal drinking age.
Well, anyway, I won't be able to spend as much time on this site for the next month or so like I used to. Looks like the only internet access I'll have will be in internet cafes, so when I can, I'll stop into one and update my journal. It'll be weird because I have to go to the log in page on the site which has that big naked picture on it, so people might look at me weird, but I will endure it nonetheless.
Although, to save time, I think I'll post identical updates in this and my livejournal. Hope you don't mind.
Edited to add: If any of my Limbo Girl friends have their sets put up while I'm gone, I'd like to congratulate you in advance. I won't be able to look at your lovely sets in Prague, as that would be something ESPECIALLY embarassing to look up in an internet cafe, but I promise to look them up when I get back. And trust me, it'll take all the willpower I have not to stare at them in public.
