My mom has a new dog. She gets so attatched to dogs, and she's gotten so attatched to this one in the few months she's had him. He's a golden retriever puppy and he's the cutest thing in the world. But now, my parents aren't sure that they're going to be able to keep him since he just doesn't seem to be controlable. They've been training him and taking him to obedience school for months and still he's out of control. I don't know what they're going to do.

Why is it that the girl I was interested in now seems to be paying more attention to me now that she has a new boyfriend. I'm starting to think that every prospective love interest I have these days is just doomed to not work out. Every single time, the girl just ends up with a new boyfriend a few weeks later. This time I even told her how I feel, and still the same fucking thing happens. I'm so fucking inept when it comes to meeting women. I don't know how to really start a conversation with a woman. I'm still so intimidated by them. It seems like this site is the only place where I'm comfortable talking to and friendly flirting with girls, because it's so impersonal and I know that nothing will come of it. And that is really fucking sad.

It's all because that one year relationship just fell into my lap before I really got a handle on the whole dating thing, and now I'm even more awkward and shy than I was when I started out. Yay me.
