So, I find this to be a good place for me to vent about my life and how interesting I find it to be. I actually think I like this place better because no one I know here is Idaho actually reads this or even knows that I post stuff here. Anyway, here is the latest in my ever digressing foray back into the world...

UPDATE: Yesterday I posted about a friend that came over to visit and the frustration that emanated from the situation. Apparently I was right, I seriously over thought the situation because she is flying out to DC to visit a guy who spent a year stalking her and telling everyone they were in a serious committed relationship when they weren't.

What is the deal with...

So my students are taking a quiz right now, yes I am on SG while at work and if i venture too far into the site would most likely get fired, but that is for home anyway. I'm trying to adjust to the life of a single person again and finding that it is a fairly difficult thing to do. If anyone has suggestions please...

Well, 2 things:
1) She likes you and is asking about the ex-boyfriend to see how you respond. If you're a complete dick about it, there goes your chance. If you handle it like a pro, then that's a +1 (or more) to you.
2) She likes you and is confused.

Either way, it sounds like she likes you. Best of luck. And don't get intimidated by her age. Women who like older men are smart. They know older men know what's up. Let's be real - guys in their 20s are generally idiots. I know I was.

thanks brother, i think I handles the whole ex conversation thing fairly well. That was the one hitch in the whole conversation where I wondered whether I was more of the "big brother confidant" than the "cute older guy." Hmmm, i guess we'll see what happens next!

Wow, it's been a while since I was here. God, life takes its toll and then where are you left? Anyway, I am heading out to Comic-Con again this year and I hope to see Missy and some of the other girls out there. Last year was a blast and I'm sure that this year will be equally fun.
Life has been up and down...

Here is a story form my college days:

The day was warm, the sky blue, the air crisp. Fall had officially begun, but the season had not quite accepted the change from lazy summer evenings to busy autumn afternoons. Class had been in session for about two weeks, and assignments were passing hands dailyfrom student to staff and back again in an endless progression of...

Haha excellent! They had a society at Cambridge University that plays pretty much the same game but some of the members were taking it too far so it was banned..I hear it still goes on though! x

I was lying in bed last night and I began to think about a new story. I don't have any specifics, but I thought that this was a nice opener (rough, but not too bad):

"I remember the day that I was no longer perfect."

It rings of mystery and sorrow.

So I am officially out of my 20s as of last Sunday. 30 ... its an interesting age to be. As a school teacher I have been given several gifts from my students suggesting that I am over the hill. I even went so far as to shave off my beautiful goatee, an magnificent creation that I had been growing for several weeks ( i...

Hmm, I'm not exactly sure what to say here. This is my first entry and perhaps it will simply be about me. I started working again this week; I teach at a small high school in south eastern Idaho. It is a fun job, but I was not ready at all to return. I spent two weeks prior to starting work re-roofing a friends house,...
