I went home to Georgia for about a week to see my lil bro graduate from high school. He probably shouldn't have, cause he's a pro at flunking, but thanks to W and the "No Child Left Behind" thing, he got to walk.

So of course my sister and I had to make the day about us, and not just him.




My cats came with me on the 1,000 mile drive and I couldn't even get over the Verezzano, which is 30 minutes from my house, when I smelt something in the car. I told them that one of them had better just farted, but no, I had to pull over and clean out the carrier because the idea of travelling in the carrier literally scared the shit out of one of 'em.

The weather was gloomy the whole time but I met up with all my old friends and saw my family. I got introduced to a great liquor called Rumplemint, you may know about it and I'd recommend it to all that are a fan of the minty flavored stuffs. Taking shots of it is quite pleasant, actually, and it makes a damn fine Dirty Girl Scout.


Now I'm back to the working grindstone, as I'm not taking classes, and saving up money until school starts in the Fall.
