First and foremost, Palaniuk's book Choke is gonna be a movie. If you haven't read the hilarious novel, then woes to you. But you can watch the trailer, either way.




And while in the car the other day, this wonderfully melodious voice came over the radio, the XM radio to specify, that captured me with a soft, simple tune that haunted my memory until I could get home to pull her up on the internet. Her name is Mariee Sioux and she's part of Grass Roots Records and includes Native American flute and percussion in her music. Check her out on MySpace:
