hello all.

so today was a father's day extravaganza. actually, it still is, but i'd much rather sit up at my laptop than with my folks watching baseball.

went downtown and my parents made me go to church ( ). that was ok, except for the fact that it was outdoors and now my arms and face are the brightest of red. after that we went on a boat and went all around lake michigan. i sat in the front and got drenched, but it was refreshing. and let me say one thing about chicago: we have the most beautiful skyline in america. seriously. it was incredible. i really need to start taking advantage of the fact that i live here.

last night was ok. sat around at steph's house. pretty boring actually. so bored i actually had a couple beers. it was either that, or some wine from a huge jug that was only 6 bucks. i figured i'd steer clear of that. the thing that sucked was, everyone was talking about their respective relationships and i was just sitting there twiddling my thumbs. le sigh.

i am running on no sleep, so i think i may lay down for a while and try to get some shut eye. love all
