Another long night remodeling my upstairs apartment.
Thankfully, I'm ready for the flooring company to come in the A.M. (which is really just later today). I can't wait to snap photos of the finished room to share (once I get all my new furniture delivered). Having this new apartment become something that is uniquely "me" is really essential to my new life here in the States (that's so weird to say as an American). I think having the right sort of space does that for most folks, but that stands doubly true for me.
Currently, I'm going for a Red & Black theme and I think it's going to work out nicely.
