The first day of school. Teaching, not attending. It's still cold, with more snow on the way. The classes are small, 6 in one class and 12 in the other, and I get to talk about things that go boom till I go blue in the face. Should be fairly etertaining.
just spent a week in panama - came back a healthy shade of sunburned, but it was worth it. beats the hell out of freezing my ass off in massachusetts.
Go Patriots... i guess. I was kind of hoping that my San Diego Chargers would make a surprise appearance halfway through the game and win the whole thing, but I guess that wasn't meant to be.

God, its good to be back in the US. Especially back in San Diego. Too bad I leave in a day or two for Mississippi again. At least it'll be the last time I "come home" to Mississippi. That's a blessing that almost makes it all worth it.
