right now it looks like i will have half of a shoulder replacement. They are going to replace the ball with a titanium one, ream the cup part of the joint out and then graft a organ donor's knee meniscus in as my cartilage. I found out the Ream and run operation would give me a year to two years of pain before it heals. This one is pretty much the same except i get new cartilage and it will be 6 months total recovery. my arm and shoulder will be immobilized for 6 to 8 weeks. Surgery will be sometime in dec. I'm going to another doc tomorrow for the 4th opinion

So far only one girl here said no she wouldn't, the rest say they'd totally take a strap on to their boy. But I feel somewhere in the back of their mind they're not liking the idea of doing that, you know they don't mind now but later it would bother them.
