i'm procrastinating right now. i'm supposed to be leaving for work. i have to be in at 9. i should really be going to the bus now. i'm really tired and i don't feel like working. why can't they just give me mid-day and closing shifts? i hate opening especially on sundays when it's DEAD in there. today is going to go so slow...

i saw lucky number slevin the other night. it was very good. i enjoyed it a lot. i don't care if there were plot holes in it. it was very entertaining. the plot hole i discovered wasn't bad enough to kill the movie for me. so whatever. and josh hartnett was pretty good in that movie. and attractive with that broken nose.

anyway, moving on... i might or might not be taking some photos for a local brooklyn band. they asked me how much i charge. i have no idea how much i charge. obviously, i didn't tell them that. i know professionals charge lots, but i'm not a professional, and i've never put a price on my pictures. anyone have any ideas as to how much i should charge them?? some of my friends are saying $150. my boyfriend is saying $200. i think that's a little steep since i am just beginning and i mean... lithium picnic charges $300 minimum for a standard photo shoot and he's what i would call a photographic genious. i would put myself NOWHERE anywhere NEAR his abilities. so i don't know. ideas?
