so, i bought a birthday gift for myself. i used every last penny of any bit of money that my family gave me, emptied all of my savings from my bank, AND halfway maxed out my credit card. all for a canon digital rebel xt. i was going to save up more money and get the 30D, but i didn't feel like waiting another 2 months (i make really shitty money where i work ). well... i must say i am very much in love with this camera. it makes me want to run out and take pictures of everything. some nice lenses are now in order. by any chance, anyone ever use a canon IS lense? i take many low light pics (at concerts) and feel that i'm being a pain in the ass with the flash. i also hate using a flash, because the pictures have more depth to them when there's no flash. i took these monday night at cbgb. of course, they are pictures of mike's band.
