so yesterday was my birthday. i'm 22. i feel like i'm wasting my life... but i don't want to turn this into a bad, whiney, self loathy entry. so i'm jumping off that subject....

we were supposed to take a drive to jersey and go to 6 flags yesterday, but the weather was shit. so we went into manhattan instead. saw the new superman movie in imax 3d. it was fucking amazing. i loved it. a lot... and after that, we wandered around a bit. went into barnes and noble and headed to times square and acted "touristy." that's always fun to do lol ... then mike took me to the hard rock cafe for dinner. after that, we were gonna meet up with some friends and bar hop downtown, but i was too tired at that point. i was running on 3 hours of sleep. so we just headed back to staten island, and fell asleep in the back of mike's car on the corner of my block. talk about exhausted... couldn't even get out of the car lol

well. that's really all that's going on in my life right now. mike's band played cbgb on thursday (and they dedicated a song to me for my birthday, how sweet!) and they're playing there again on monday. so i'll be at that unless i have to work. i really hope i don't have to work on monday because i'm working 22 hours between today and tomorrow. ugh.....
